🌎Update from PR World Travel🌎

I just wanted to update everybody on what is happening at PR World Travel and how we are dealing with refunds and changes to holidays.

We have a team set up working from home but this is half of the team that we used to have so are working on reduced man power, saying this we are incredibly proud of what we have achieved so far! On Tuesday we managed to contact every single one of our 151 forward bookings travelling upto 16th June with Jet2holidays 🤩🤩

From the very first wave of cancellations we have contacted each and every customer and updated our various channels of communication. Refunds have started to come through but they are taking more time than normal because of the pure volume that we are processing.

We are working hard trying to change bookings, to cancel bookings and process refunds – all of which we are doing without earning any new income.

We are working from home with limited resources and with our children and families around us – please remember that we are experiencing the same emotions as you and we are doing our very best to help you.

We want to thank our customers for their patience and understanding and please remember that we are still here for you where as other agents have no staff working from home to help their customers.
