As you are aware all Holidays that we sell are fully financially protected so nobody will lose any money.
Customers Currently Abroad
You should continue your holiday as normal and the CAA will be arranging flights home. You may need to pay for transfers back to the airport. Any in resort expenses you will need to get receipts for to see if you can claim it back from the CAA. Once you return home come into the office so that we can assist you. You can either private mesage us on here with any concerns or if you would like us to call you we can do that – whatever is the best option for you.
Customers Yet To Travel
We have identified all of our bookings and will be contacting you all in date order with imminent departures being contacted first. We will assist you every step of the way in trying to secure a new holiday and claiming back your money that has already been paid by helping with the claims process.
